I find it very hard to believe someone would start flushing there black tank and completely forget that they are doing that, but who knows.
The way I see it, is that that person connected the fresh water hose to the black tank flush port my mistake, turned the water on and paid no attention afterwards until it started raining poo off the roof. YOU MUST PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!!!
