gkidsdlite-- Since you live in Illinois and are not that far from Goshen, you can call Customer Service and ask about a tour of the factory or plant. There is information under Customer Service on the main page of the Forum and a number or email address you can contact CS and ask about an individual tour if I'm not mistaken.
