Mel, My 2955 is a few years newer than yours so I don't know if my information works for you. I have Zerk fittings on my landing gear about four inches from the top facing forward on each leg. Look inside the propane compartments for the top of the legs and see it you can see Zerk's on. yours.
You should have a wrench (looks like a brace) in the garage that will fit the landing gear on the drivers side. It is a shaft with a pin in it in the gas compartment.
