We saw one this past weekend at the Little Rock show. It's a very nice unit. However, we don't care for the upstairs living room. To me, it breaks down the openness from the kitchen to the living room and it feels very "sectioned" off. Some will love it, but not us. We'll stick with our 3610RL. :-)
