The 5er still sits on tires and springs. There will always be some movement. I bought a kin pin tripod long ago. Had a hard time giving it away ~ a waste. One friend is a bit obsessed and carries 2 stabilizers he cranks up at the rear of his 5er and says it helps. The only way is on a foundation ~ jack her up and set it down on cement blocks.
