I've never seen a survey but we have been told by several Keystone personnel that they read this forum to find out where the problems are and to get ideas on what changes are needed. I don't think they ever post here but some of us have received emails asking for more information on our ideas and problems. Montana is the number one seller in North America for the past 8 years running and they can't maintain that record without at least listening to their customers. That doesn't mean they'll respond individually or make all the changes we'd like but it's nice to know they are listening.
