We had the same question. Finally I went to control box and flipped the brown switch and like magic the fan went on. The dealers don't go through enough things with your when you buy. I know they have allot of models to deal with. They should familiarize themselves with what they are selling. The manuals don't explain how to use things they are how to install things. A DVD would be welcome to new owners going through operation of rig. Especially if they have never owned a 5th wheel. Good thing for groups like yourself and youtube.
