Yes. It has a washer dryer prep in the broom closet next to the entry door. I did not consider installing one. There are a couple of removable shelves/cubby holes up high. Could use a dual washer/dryer or remove the shelves and install a stackable. Attached is a photo of the closet door to washer prep area. Also a couple other photos of the interior. I could take a photo of the open closet tomorrow if you wish.
