4 years and 2 campers on the Elements band we bought from CW. A bit of a pain at 40 ` but with the driving rains during late fall and the snow slowly melting on the top I would worry the whole time about a leak that developed that I didn`t see at year end inspection. Here in the North East I have never had the problems with them that others have. YMMV
