I converted to the EZ-Flex system in my backyard in about 3 hours. It is a relatively easy job but since you have to jack up one entire side of the rig at a time safety is the biggest thing. Make sure you block the fram up really well before getting under the unit. I had another person assist me so one of us could be under the rig and the other on the outside and it made it a lot easier.
