I guess my term of "legally" is really a misnomer. What I meant to say is that Hughes does not respond to all who are moving their satellite systems. Yes, dealers will respond as they can, but sometimes it is necessary for the user to get help directly from Hughes. And that is where the rub comes. Since it wasn't designed to be moved, Hughes expects you to be at your home of record. Whereas with Starband, you are where you are. When you move locales, you call in to make sure you are meeting all the correct parameters, that is, no interference with adjacent satellites, etc. We also get help from our dealer. In fact, we are to call them first if we have any problems.
