I would think if you get behind the basement wall and have someone turn on the backflush for 10 seconds, you could figure out which lines are leaking. As to a picture, in my rigs, it was just two lines about 3 inches apart. They go up to the valve, which is about 3 or 4 inches long, cross over thru the valve and back down.
