Bay955, there is a white hose that goes from the pump to the bottom of the fresh water tank. It runs along the frame to the tank. If you remove the basement wall you can see the white hose. You will have to remove the bottom on one side to insulation it. I covered the entire length with foam that you put on 1/2 inch copper pipe. I have been to -10 with no freezing.
