We have the 3700LK and it's no different then any other trailer when it comes to "movement". Depending on how packed you have the fridge some stuff on the shelves may move around a bit, but we use "load locks" in the fridge that we used in our prior travel trailer and as for the cabinets, same thing. All the doors stay closed, so that's not an issue. We go to once CG near us and one roads is bumpy as can be and no issues with things bouncing out.

Every trailer will bounce and cabinets may or may not come open. Though, in my opinion, because it does bounce back there in the kitchen, unless you're parking it on a seasonal, I would recommend a RV fridge over the res fridge. The RV fridge are built for that, and RES fridge is not and to be honest, I'm not sure how long an RES fridge would last in this floorplan compared to other floorplans
