We'll be taking our puppy on a 8 hour trip when he will be 2 1/2 months old. He is a small breed puppy (havanese) and I'm not sure if he'll be walking on a leash yet (it's been over ten years since I've had a puppy.)

Any suggestions or ideas about potty breaks, or any other tips? I'm getting a little nervous about how to work this out.
