Thanks all. I knew this was the place to go for help.
I just looked at it. It is not glued in. It will slide around a little so know it is not glued, that is a good thing! Looks like it would be simple to remove the wood.
I don't know why I didn't think of checking it myself before! Duh!
I know they won't let me keep both doors. Wish they would. That way we would have a spare if one broke.
