Thanks everyone.. Update. As for washers, yeah I tried that but the holes were eat out too large. What I did was, I had some fiberglass body filler from a project I have been working. I sanded and cleaned the back side of fenders around holes, taped the front side, and used the fiberglass to fill the hole and cracked area. Haven't put them back on yet but am hopeful. Thanks for the help.
