I have only run in to one park that had the "ten year" rule. They will make an exception if you send pictures ahead of time showing the unit. We have a 2007 and they have never turned us down. Frankly, if the park will not be willing to look at picture of your unit and allow you in if it looks good then that park is too anal retentive for me.
