We have one and "it is great". When I connect to my RV propane supply the RV regulator appears to provide less fuel than the manufacturer's regulator. Weight wise it is lighter than carrying firewood. Great visual effect - heat is much better than their smaller model. No problem with heat damaging the support surface - grass, patio mat, etc.
