I can maybe shed a little light...... We have stayed at this KOA and it is one of our favorite campgrounds. The area is amazing!! Just for fun, I entered info for a similar stay for this year right after Labor Day -- it told me rate would be between $78 and $81 per night. John, are they offering a reduced rate for a rally?? I actually had to cancel a reservation there recently, and there was a $10 "processing feee" but no other issues.
