Thank you for taking the time to email Keystone RV. Keystone tries to manufacture a defect free product, and manufactures each unit to RVIA specifications. Additionally Keystone warranties each unit for 1 year, from original purchase date, against manufacturing defects, and quality of workmanship. Your original purchase date was 8-27-05. The issues of a cracked wall and bowed window did not present itself within the original warranty period and due to the length of time in service, 1 year and 7 months out of warranty, Keystone is unable to participate in the repair.
