We're both on Medicare. When we bought our Montana, we also invested in Good Sam Travel assist insurance @ $60/yr (I think). We bought it just in case Medicare didn't cover us when out on the road. It also covers sending a deceased home (hope that never happens), also an emergency plane ride home.
