I did a search on "VA RALLY" and clicked on the "Archived Posts" box. This returned (the new search is great!) a number of old posts. I suspect the following are the ones you were looking for.
Attention MOC Admin: I know these are not short form links, but the font is small and they don't cause a right/left scroll on the small window I am using.
