Our cat generally rides in the truck, her harness tied to a leash in the back seat. When we stop for lunch, sometimes she prefers to stay in the trailer.



I put her water dish inside a low casserole dish on the floor so if it spills, the water does not get on the floor. She gets fed only when we are in the trailer.


We keep the covered litter box in the bedroom closet and leave the closet doors open all the time, even in transit.
