We frequently travel to/ from west Texas. Our general rule is not to move if we don't see many - a normal number of big rigs on the road. We've been parked on a hilltop in southwestern OK in wind gusts 50 - 60 mph or more. It rocked us to sleep but everything was good in the morning. Enjoy!
