Kevin and Sharon, That is the place. I bought a new one from them and paid considerably more. Others should be along to tell you what they paid for a refurb one. Steve Reigle bought one and I believe Richfaa did also. We preferred a new one and it has worked fine for over two years, although the door latch is becoming a little sticky. If we need to replace, DW wants another one just like it. She has really learned to operate it and barely uses the bottom oven anymore. BTW : "WELCOME TO THE BEST DARNED FORUM ON THE WWW!!!"
