We had to have our frame repaired a little over a year ago. We had a major frame failure on the road side in front of the propane tank. Fortunately, we were able to locate a mobile RV tech who was also a welder, who spent the better part of the day repairing our frame. The photo shows circled where the frame member broke completely in two, and the arrow shows where the only weld to the broken frame from the gusset was, and that weld failed, which probably contributed to the frame breaking. He was able to weld three sides of the rectangular tube, then welded the large gusset to the tube. He then cut a couple gussets out of 1/4" steel plate that he welded to reinforce the gusset to the frame tube. We also dropped the pin box and he discovered a number of cracks in the frame, which he also ground and welded. The frame does not move now, so what he repaired is still holding.
