Don't panic there is no big problem, yet. You said you had 20,000 miles on the tires and 10,000 on the IS so you don't know if the IS is out of alignment or it was out before you put the tires on. I would watch the tire for a few days. If you don't see any more wear on the belt, keep driving. If you do see more wear on the belt swap the tires on that side or swap them now and check the alignment when you get back home. Either way enjoy your vacation.
