The leak problem I had with the shower was those screws with the neopreme washers holding down the door threshold. They were over tightened and flattened out.
I removed them and shot in some silicone and reinstalled the screws with the washers and things have been fine. When they leaked the water would run to places making me think the shower pan was leaking.
