I'm assuming by new you mean 2018, or is it a 2019 now? We bought the 3810 new in 2017. Love that front window, makes a huge difference. Does the "new" one still have the fireplace in the bedroom? We yanked that out and installed a storage cabinet, built using the top and "framework" from the original fireplace enclosure. Found the bedroom stays plenty warm without the FP. Changed out the shower head with an Oxygenics one. Also replaced the sink faucet with a good quality residential grade one. We've done a lot more "tweaking and twiddling" after we got it, to improve some things. PM me if you want more info or suggestions.
