My problem has gone away. Stopped at truck diesel shop just down the street from where we are camping. He said if problem is not there it's nothing they could do. Talked to a local Ford dealer and was told they have a month of truck work in shop. The comment of a sticking valve or turbo makes since, it would break loose and work until turbo pressure went back to zero, then was stuck agan.

I have never used a fuel additive and what I understand you are telling me I should be. Just filled tank yesterday and will get some Cetane Booster today and put in the full tank (27 gal tank) which we will use up before we pull again so maybe it will start working.
