Boost problem
Boost problem:
I had a problem with the turbo boost but it has gone away. Seemed like something was sticking since it would smoke, no power, no boost pressure then break loose and be ok, (boost and power). Called dealer and was told that carbon could be in EGR valve and it would need cleaning or replaced.
Got to next campground and problem has gone away. Does this mean I don’t need to go into the shop?
