Yes it is and the cord is bungeed well up out of the water where it crosses (spans) to the dock. There is only a span of about two feet where the cord is not on either the rocks or the dock structure itself. The next phase will remedy that since the steps and ramp to the dock itself are slated for the next installation. I tried the cordless approach with an 18v drill, but decided on the old-fashioned way since the time factor was noticeable. Guess I could take the Honda generator out on the dock so I wouldn't have to span the cord, I might do that after I get the steps and ramp in place.
