Pull it? Sure. But, in all likelihood, the payload of the 2500 and GVWR of the truck will be exceeded with an RV 5er loaded out to 16,500 lbs. You may have the perfect setup to avoid that condition but your statement could mislead an unsuspecting reader into believing they can do what you say without knowing it for a fact. 16,500 lbs is under ideal conditions also. RVs are not ideal towing conditions... higher pin weight being the normal for them vs gooseneck trailers for starters.

Always do the math before jumping into a truck that may or may not be set up to do the job at hand.
