New Montana Owners
Hi, We're old campers/RVers but now new Montana owners. We just purchased a Model 3255 and a Dodge 1-ton dually w/Cummins engine.
It is "pre-owned" but both are 'like new' condition. I know we are going to love it. We have always had regular travel trailers but now have outgrown a TT as we often spend 4 - 8 months a year in the trailer.
Our home is in Florida and we are Campground Hosts and often manage campgrounds for the National Forest Service. This summer for the third year in a row, we will be managing Dewdrop Campground in the Allegheny National Forest in Pa. Can't wait until time to go.
If any of you are up that way, stop in and say Hi. Our campground is typical National Forest type, no hook-ups, but we do have water hydrants throughout the campground, hot showers, flush toilets, etc. Our spaces are quite large and we can accommodate any size rig you may have on most of our sites.(of course we have full hook-ups for our hosts)
We are located on the Allegheny Reservoir right hear Kinzua Dam and right on the water. We have our own boat ramp for campers only and a very beautiful campground.
Can't say much about the Montana yet but we are expecting to love it. Won't get it until next week, it's getting detailed, etc. but will take a "shakedown cruise" before we leave in late April.
I am anxious to learn from other Montana owners and am glad to have found this site.
