We had to replace our 120V thermostat last year also. Some time after replacing it, I read that Suburban had a recall, I think, on those thermostats that had a red reset button. The button color obviously was not the problem, but they were not up to spec from their supplier. The new thermostat I installed has the grey button, and has been working ever since. OZZ has those parts if you haven't replaced yours yet.
