My problem was the valve, and it leaked back down the line into the basement. One of those lines you're seeing is the black tank flush line going up into the rig to the valve and back down to the black tank. Water is only pressurized in that line when you flush. In the course of fixing that and in the work I just did, I can tell you that mine has six elbows and or connectors in the line before it reaches the black tank any of which could also leak. So you may possibly be right that it's not the valve. Hope it's easy for you to find.
