Since your rig is a newer one (based on previous posts), it is equipped with a multi-stage charger (you can verify this). The multi-stage charger will adjust the charge accordingly therefore there is no harm in leaving the batteries turned on. I do the same thing with our boat, the boat is plugged up all winter long with the battery bank being serviced by a multi-stage charger.
