We recently experienced a problem with our flush line in that we too had some type of restriction. I was able to get it working again by filling up the black tank completely - I held the toilet pedal down until I could see the water level in the pipe just below the toilet (this took a while but I did not want to drag a hose into the bathroom). I let the water sit for about an hour then opened the drain valves and started the flow though the flush line. It appears that something (like tissue) may have dried on the flush line nozzles in the tank when our rig sat for about a month between trips. Not sure if this is the same issue you are having but it worked for us.
