Toilet foot pedal (HM310RE)
This is a 2017 unit. After living in it since November 2017 our toilet foot pedal broke. When I examined it I realize it was improperly installed (which is why it broke). We've since hid it replaced and now a month later the foot pedal no longer returns to the closing position. We now have to lift the foot pedal up (with our foot) to close the 'gate'.
Is this going to be an on going problem OR can we replace it with a different model toilet?
