The 3650RK is a beautiful unit with a great floor plan. We just know you are going to love it.
There is one thing I was suggest doing before you finalize any paperwork and that is a complete PDI. I normally suggest doing this the day you pick the rig up but in your case I would suggest doing it prior to their delivering it to you. Do the PDI a few days to a week before delivery so that the dealership has the time to make any corrections/replacements/repairs prior to the delivery date. This way when it arrives at Monticello it is just the way you want it.

I should also note that this inspection takes a lot of time so expect to spend at least a day. If possible it wouldn't be a bad idea to spend that first night in the Montana at the dealers lot. Most all RV dealers have provisions for water and electric and some even have a sewer hook up.
