Fender Skirts

I had ours crack at all the screw holes also. They ended up falling off 2 months after we bought it. We did get a new set under warranty, but they are still in the box waiting for the day I actually need them. I took the damaged ones and added a rubber flat washer about 1" in diameter to set against the painted skirt. Then I stacked on a nylon washer on about 3/4" in diameter for strength, then on top of all that I put stainless steel finish washers to give it a nice rounded finished look. We used all stainless bolts and flat washers to fit on the back side. Finished it off with stainless lock nuts to prevent loosening. So far we have thousands of miles and this is our second year without any issues. We found everything needed at Lowes in the hardware isle. It wasn't very expensive. I think it was less than $20 for everything. It took about 10 minutes a side to replace them one at a time.
