I have a 2008 3400RL, and would think yours is very close in weight to mine. Mine is 15500 GVWR. I am running the Sailun ST235-85-16 4400 lb. rating at 100 psi. I feel I am well covered in tire rating .
My HC is rated at 15,200 and we never get over 14,300. I'm running the same tires and same psi.
