John, I had a 540W solar sys on my M/H. I was usually up by noon when we dry camped. I would think your system would be fine to run a residential frig.
I had a U-line ice maker and it was on 100% of the time we were in the M/H. We were in a water/sewer site once and found we could run the Splendede off the inverter, just had to hang out to dry or run the gen set for 40 minutes.
