I would have to add to the warnings to avoid I95 like the Plague. Out of North Arkansas choices are slightly limited but best bet is I40 to I81 to I88 into Albany from there State Highway North East into Maine. I81 is in pretty good shape all the way into Maryland. After that I don't now. I40 is in pretty rough shape in Tennessee, a lot of Construction.......
