I bought my 3685FL in June. No pillows on the couches, but a nice (although I don't use them) pillows on the bed. I did find an inexpensive set of nicely matching pillows for the couch at Pier One..... but if they were SUPPOSED to come with the montana, I agree.... talk to the salesman again.
