If you have not done so, you might want to consider asking again at the dealer, and then calling customer service in Goshen. Plant tour as of 8/30/05 stated that UNLESS the dealer ordered with NO pillows you should get 2 pillows per couch, and 2 pillow shams and that little pillow for the couch. The disclaimer was, IF the dealer ORDERS different, blah, blah, blah. But, that the normal is that the coaches are shipped with pillows.
