These are great sites for finding cheap fuel, but why does it seem that the farthest ones are the cheapest ones? I can waste the savings on getting there.... well, not really since I plan the trip in those directions by running other errands in those areas, plus I have a hugemongous tank.
This worked recently when I found the cheapest diesel was 8.4 miles away! So we planned some shopping and went to lunch in that direction along the way and on the way back so it worked out. Web sites and Nav systems are to be highly commended. The key is not to be desperate so you can shop around with some planning.
