Hot water from cold faucet
Every time I turn the cold water on in the kitchen or bath I get a good shot of hot water befor it turns cold (real hot, same as hot water side). It then turns cold and stays cold until I shut it of. If I wait a minute or so it will happen again. ANY THOUGHTS?
