That is a great price. I paid a little over a hundred for it 6 months or so ago. I update 2-3 times a year. Usually right before we start a new trip.
We live in a fast growing area with frequent new streets, restaurants, businesses, etc. Most new ones show up within about the third or fourth update I do. So I assume that is typical across the country.
